LODGING  

Each of the guest houses are exceptionally clean.  We take great pride in making sure the inside is washed top to bottom, the carpets are steam cleaned at least twice a season, beyond the normal vacuuming after each guest.  Sometimes depending on muddy conditions steam cleaning would be needed more often.  The pillows are double covered for each guest for sanitation peace of mind.  Blankets, mattress covers and bedspreads are also kept fresh.  How often do you see hotels or other guest stays do this?  

Both guest houses have a full kitchen.   All you need to bring is the food to prepare your own meals.

Furnished with 100% cotton towels and wash cloths. 

Electric blankets in cold weather.

Cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, and bake ware. Electric cooking stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and mixer.

Soap, for personal and dishes.

Wood stove for warmth in cold weather.

Insulated to be cool inside during the summer. (Average outside temperature in the 70's and lower 80's during the summer.)

Refreshing spring water right at the source for the houses that is par none. 

For the common courtesy of future guests who are allergic to dogs and cats, pets are not allowed.
